Yoni Mapping &  Massage engages every aspect of you - your mind, body, emotions, sexuality & spirituality. This could easily be described as a transformational doorway, holding just the right keys to unlock the next level of your highest potential.

Each session begins in discussion, exploring how you are currently meeting your sexual energy and what that looks like, discussing any concerns you may have and exploring what your motivations are for your sessions. 

​

We expand your understanding of different sexual and relational topics that are pertinent to you and we incorporate different somatic exercises with breath, sound, movement & embodiment practices. This is the foundational part of our session, where we are getting to know each other and building trust with one another, before we move into touch. 

​

The touch part of the session is a deep listening and attunement to your needs. It look's many different ways to different people. It may be an opportunity to practise some of the embodiment skills that we have just been learning. It may be a resetting of the conditioned ways you have experienced your arousal in the past. We may put on our curiosity caps to discover and awaken your energetic sexual body. Dissolving any conditioned blocks and  limited beliefs held in your heart and genital armour and releasing old emotions along the way.

Depending on what your boundaries are on the day, the touch may include full body touch, Breast Massage, outer Yoni Massage or internal Yoni Mapping if that's appropriate to you.

 

Please note the more conscious we become with our sexuality the slower we go. Not everyone is ready to receive Yoni Mapping in their first sexuality bodywork session, especially if there is a history of trauma. In discovering your natural pace you may want to unfold more slowly.

Running right along side our sexual empowerment journey are the skills of how to maintain a healthy emotional body.

 

Learning the essentials of how to meet and feel our emotions through, so that we are not internalising and congesting with unexpressed parts of ourselves that weigh us down, undermine our health and inevitably leak out, hurting ourselves and/or the people around us.

These experiential sessions give you both the cathartic tools and the nervous system regulation practices that enable you to integrate your past in a conscious and empowered way.

We learn how to safely and dynamically move our anger, rage, resentment, frustration, freeze, grief and sadness through our bodies.

 

We use voice dialogue,  gestalt, music, breath and vocal tones with various embodiment practices to cleanse and reconcile the places where we are feeling stuck, held back and disempowered.

Emotional body mastery is a foundational component of nervous system regulation, self mastery, sexual mastery and spiritual mastery that supports you in being a fully expressed, powerful and integrated adult.

This is a luscious and decadent 5 hour journey, home to your glorious self. One of those stand out experiences that you'll remember for quite some time to come.

We begin with a check in. Discussions of where you are at in yourself and in your eros and sexual vitality.

 

We fill in any gaps of your sex education and bring in different embodiment practices to connect more deeply to feeling yourself beyond your mind.

 

This sets us up beautifully, before we move into our spa experiences.

​

Like a snake shedding its skin, we start with an invigorating salt scrub to peel back and melt the layers of held mental and physical tension, bringing you fully into the here and now of your body. 

​

You then take an extra long shower to wash off the past, before you are transported into the infrared sauna.  Your given a specially prepared cleansing drink and time to sit in quiet whilst sweating out old toxins...

​

A fruit platter and spa bath awaits you for a generous soaking. Because we don't have to rush, you have the luxurious opportunity to listen to your body, timing your sauna and spa to suit your bodies needs of the day.

 

Now that you've unwound properly, your prepared and ready to receive your 2 Hour Full Body Tantra Massage which can include Breast Massage and Yoni Mapping if that's appropriate for you.

 

Afterwards, there's integration time for you to reflect and ground before you re-enter the world gently pulsating from your centre.
