Sexuality Bodywork engages every aspect of you - your mind, body, emotions, sexuality & spirituality. This could easily be described as a transformational doorway, holding just the right keys to unlock the next level of your highest potential.

Each session begins in discussion, exploring how you are currently meeting your sexual energy and what that looks like, discussing any concerns you may have and exploring what your motivations are for your sessions.

We expand your understanding of different sexual and relational topics that are pertinent to you and we incorporate different somatic exercises to support you in getting out of your head and into the presence of your body sensations and sensitivity.

The touch part of the session is a deep listening and attunement to your needs of the day. It can look many different ways depending upon your intention.

 

The quality of touch is always generous and life affirming. We build layer upon layer of contrast, alternating with various pressures, paces and intensities.

 

Through your arousal, we turn on both the active and receptive components of your nervous system. Bringing you into heightened aliveness AND into your deepest relaxation at the same time.

Opening up the male pelvis is a deep, intimate dive of relieving conditioned tension and holding responses in the core and base of your body. 

 

In these sessions, we take our time and move slowly. We put on our curiosity cap to discover what is being held in the tissues, ligaments, tendons, fascia and cellular memory.

After a lifetime of tensing and holding, contracting and protecting the pelvis, genitals and anus, we work together to unravel your past history.

With presence and reverence, we melt and transform your pelvic armour, cultural conditioning and any old, held emotions. We do this in a deeply nurturing, sensitive and life affirming way.

 

We create spaciousness, relaxation and fluidity which increases your body connection, opening up both your orgasmic flow and the energetic capacity to feel more of your gorgeous self.

Running right along side our sexual empowerment journey are the skills of how to maintain a healthy emotional body.

 

Learning the essentials of how to meet and feel our emotions through, so that we are not internalising and congesting with unexpressed parts of ourselves that weigh us down, undermine our health and inevitably leak out, hurting ourselves and/or the people around us.

These experiential sessions give you both the cathartic tools and the nervous system regulation practices that enable you to integrate your past in a conscious and empowered way.

We learn how to safely and dynamically move our anger, rage, resentment, frustration, freeze, grief and sadness through our bodies.

 

We use voice dialogue,  gestalt, music, breath and vocal tones with various embodiment practices to cleanse and reconcile the places where we are feeling stuck, held back and disempowered.

Emotional body mastery is a foundational component of nervous system regulation, self mastery, sexual mastery and spiritual mastery that supports you in being a fully expressed, powerful and integrated adult.

Let's go deeper together. We all have our unique life experiences and stories that shape who we are as a sexual being. You have gained so much raw material that is the essence of your wisdom. In coaching programs with Eve we connect your dots so to speak, harvesting, alchemising and refining the raw material you already have within you, into your gold.

Depending on where you are at in yourself, we may choose to begin in a clothes on format. Exploring, playing, practicing in discussions, education and different embodied practices. Unlearning, undoing the old and making space for more of who you really are to come through you. We can do this online or face to face.

​​During the colder months, I offer a pretty decadent 5 hour session on Friday nights. This is one of those stand out experiences that you'll probably never forget.

 

Like a snake shedding its skin, we start with an invigorating salt scrub to peel back and melt the layers of surface tension, bringing you fully into the here and now of your body.

 

You then take an extra long shower, before having a detoxifying sweat in the infrared sauna.

 

A fruit platter and spa bath awaits

you for a generous soaking. Because we don't have to rush, you have the luxurious opportunity to listen to your body, timing your sauna and spa to suit your bodies needs.

 

Now you've unwound properly, you're prepped and ready to receive your  2 Hour Full Body Tantra Massage. 

 

Afterwards, there's quiet integration time in front of the fire and freshly prepared homemade soup that's deeply nourishing.
